In andriod we have Snapdragon, Mediatek, kirin, Exynos, Nvidia's tegra processors, Intel atom processors. So what do we choose?
Basically the most popular processor is snapdragon and also it is quite
efficient and known for its build quality and service. Then there are
many secondary processor to choose at. Basically if talk about Kirin and
Exynos they are found in honor i.e huawei and the other one is found in
samasung phones
In budget range upto 10-12k you could go for snapdragon 400 series and after that upto 20-25k you should opt for 600 series processor and in flagship you should definitely opt for 800 series processor.
Mediatek earlier used to produce cheap processor that we not so great. But its 2018 and they have work hard. The X series processors and latest helio p20 is quite good and you should buy phones having mediatek processor upto 15-17k not more than that.They are developing and as they tie their hands with big companies and becomes more efficient and trusted, things will change.
Exynos processors are good but buying samsung phone in lower budget segment is not so great. Basically these processor in lower segment are not so powerful and sometimes lags some minute basic features and functionality.Overall samasung phones are good but you have to make wiser decisions and work smartly in budget segment.
Kirin processors are huawei own made processor and they are equally good.
